Why work with PAL?

We are totally independent and not a bolt on service which means:-

Working for the Landlord: We work in the interests of the Landlord and their Tenants at all times. Working with Landlords to offer a bespoke management service tailored to their needs; no two landlords have the same expectations, these expectations are managed from the start so there are no surprises throughout the tenancy.

Out of Hours: You can be assured that when our office is closed your Tenants can contact their Property Manager twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty two weeks a year. We are on call to assist at all times and have suppliers who also offer this service.

Routine Visits: We do property inspections three times a year, more if needed, so we can be on top of any issues that might have arisen and not reported and can act on them promptly if needed. A full report, including photos, are produced for both the Landlord and the Tenants.

Knowledge: Our team has the knowledge, passion and care for maintaining a property so getting the right suppliers is paramount

Working with trusted suppliers: We make sure your property is looked after, and work with suppliers we confident are the right people for the job. All our suppliers are fully insured and are qualified for their profession.

Investment: Your investment is very important to you and us so we treat each property as if it is our own.

Transparent pricing: There are no hidden costs and we do not look to make additional profits. When we organise a plumber or electrician, no commission is charged on trade invoices. Monthly statements are sent out so you have a record of everything about that property’s expenditure.

Honesty: We believe in honesty throughout from us to Landlords and their Tenants and from Landlord and their Tenants to us. Sometimes it is not what you/we want to hear but working this way is the best all round and builds much stronger relationships which can be maintained.

Peace of Mind: We are dedicated to treat each property as if it was our own, be there for you and your Tenants so you can be as stress - free as possible and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.

Accredited: We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, authorised by National Trading Standards and The Department for Communities and Local Government. We are also a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Local and independent: Which means that we can approach each property personally, promptly, and with the correct solutions.
